Can I use electric saws or spray paint in my space?

No.  We’ve learned that sawdust from power saws can travel and cover your neighbors items in a fine film of sawdust.  We’ve also learned that overspray from a can of spray paint can travel and damage others furniture or the floors.  We have designated a place for the use of saws and paint, please ask the front desk.
